Service Description
Here, you can have a short 15 minutes with me to discuss your thoughts and feelings about the MusAIcal Chickens. I do request a small fee as a verification that you are over 18 and that there is parental consent. Please note, I will not have these sessions with those under 18 due to safeguarding requirements.
Cancellation Policy
1. Overview The Meet the Creator experience offers an exclusive opportunity to connect directly with the creator for insights, discussions, and personalized interactions. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following booking policy applies. 2. Booking Process All bookings must be made through the official booking platform or designated contact channel. Full payment or deposit (as specified) is required at the time of booking to secure a session. Confirmation of booking will be sent via email once payment is received and the session is approved. 3. Availability Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability may vary depending on the creator’s schedule and event commitments. The organizer reserves the right to adjust available dates or times with prior notice. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the session and are subject to availability. In the event the creator must cancel or reschedule, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. 5. Attendance and Conduct Participants must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund. Respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times. Any inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Recording, photography, or distribution of session content is prohibited unless explicitly authorized. 6. Session Format Sessions may be conducted in person or virtually, depending on the booking option selected. The duration and format of each session will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Any materials or follow-up content provided after the session remain the intellectual property of the creator. 7. Refunds and Payments Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. All payments must be made in the specified currency and through approved payment methods. Transaction fees or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the participant. 8. Privacy and Data Protection Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for scheduling and communication purposes. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the organizer’s privacy policy.
